Chess Tournament Dedicated to Moscow City Day

On september 3-4 “Dom Moskvy” Cultural-Business Center of Moscow in Yerevan in cooperation with Chess Academy of Armenia organized Online Chess Tournament dedicated to the 874th anniversary of Moscow City Day.

The semi-final stage of the tournament took place at the Chess Academy of Armenia, as a result of which the participants who took the 1st-7th places got the right to participate in the final stage.

The final stage of the tournament took place in “Dom Moskvy” Cultural-Business Center of Moscow in Yerevan, where the 16 strongest participants played.

3rd place – GM Arman Mikaelyan
4th place – Aleks Manukyan
5th place – GM Gevorg Harutjunyan
