International Scientific Conference “Theory and Practice of Chess Education”

The International Scientific Conference “Theory and Practice of Chess Education” will take place on October 1–2 in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia.

The conference is organized by the Chess Scientific Research Institute of the Armenian State Pedagogical University, together with the International School Chess Federation (ISCF), with the support of the Chess Academy of Armenia, FIDE, Freedom Holding, the European Chess Union, and AGBU.

The conference will bring together international and local experts, researchers, and educators to discuss key issues in chess education, including teaching methodology, inclusive education, teacher training, and the use of digital tools in education.

The two-day programme will feature research presentations, discussions, and masterclasses, providing a platform for sharing international experience and practical approaches to chess education.
